We provide a hassle-free return and exchange policy for up to 6 days from the date of delivery, with an additional 7-8 days allowed for the returned product(s) to reach us. We also offer reverse pick-up services. A Rs 100 reverse shipment fee will be deducted at the time of refund for each order, regardless of the number of items within that order. If your order contains multiple items, only a single deduction of Rs 100 will be made for the entire order, not for each individual clothing item.
Our courier will attempt to pick up your return twice. If unsuccessful, you'll need to send the shipment back to our company address. Please note that reverse pick-up availability depends on your area's pin code.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, you'll receive a store credit within 1-2 working days from the day of the return pickup, sent to your registered email address/contact number.
Ensure that you return your product(s) in the same condition as when it was shipped. We cannot provide a refund for products returned in poor condition or obviously worn.
Allow 7 days for the return to be processed and for the refund to appear in your bank account. Please note that refunds/bank transfers are only applicable for prepaid orders or online payments made on our website. COD payments will receive store credit equivalent to the amount paid, which can be used anytime.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Cancellations are only possible until the order has not been dispatched from our warehouse. b6teen may change the products or categories to which this policy applies at its discretion and without prior notice.
REFUNDS FOR FREE PRODUCT DEALS:
Orders made during promotions like "Buy 1 Get 1 Free" are not eligible for returns.
The customer is responsible for providing accurate bank account details, and any errors in the details provided are not the responsibility of the brand.
If you receive an order delivered status but haven't received the products, please email or contact us within 24 hours at support@b6teen.com.
The customer must take utmost care of the product(s) while they are in their possession, including all product instructions, documents, and packaging when returning the product(s) in the same condition as received.
If you believe the product does not meet the standards at the time of delivery, please promptly contact us at support@b6teen.com with details of the product's damage within 1 day of receiving it. We will provide further instructions.
Upon receiving the returned product, we will examine it and notify you of your right to a refund, if applicable, via email within a reasonable time frame. We aim to process the refund as soon as possible, within 30 working days from the day we confirm your entitlement to a refund via email.
